We have an exciting opportunity for a Safety Technician at our Tipton IN site.</p> <p>VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.</p> <p>Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.</p> <p>This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Help implement Safety programs, including developing exciting, fresh, and engaging training content. </li><li>Ensure that the safety practices at the site are adequate and applied to achieve safety performance goals. </li><li>Provide coaching for safety related tasks and activities. </li><li>Assist, conduct and document investigations of incidents and ensure follow up actions to prevent re-occurrences are addressed. </li><li>Perform audits and self-assessments on safety standards and programs, including safe work permit reviews, isolation of energy reviews, elevated work reviews, etc. </li><li>Conduct safety walks to ensure that safety standards and safe work practices are being followed through observation and interaction.
