You will play a key role in developing KPIs, create dashboards and develop analyses including segmentations, trends, optimizations and other techniques to improve business function performance.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Synthesize data from a number of different sources to identify meaningful trends and patterns that will help mortgage operations improve the overall customer experience </li><li>Work closely with business partners to help identify opportunities to improve operations and employee efficiency </li><li>Use advanced data discovery and data mining tools to reveal relationships and trends in the data providing new insights into behaviors </li><li>Convert data to actionable insights and leverage data visualization tools to effectively tell a story </li><li>Extract data from various sources using SQL, Python, etc. </li><li>Work directly with business partners across multiple channels to evaluate needs, develop end-to-end solutions, and implement those solutions within budget, control requirements, and SLAs </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related field </li><li>3 years of experience in an advanced analytics role </li><li>Strong Python and SQL knowledge, including complex queries, stored procedures, etc. </li><li>Experience with relational databases and query optimization to pull and summarize large datasets with focus on efficiency and reducing server impacts </li><li>Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, drawing conclusions and insights to design and recommend system or process improvements </li><li>Critical and analytical thinking with a data-oriented mindset </li><li>Ability to develop advanced data visualization and presentations </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced analytics experience, with preferred knowledge in one or more of these tools: SSRS, Power BI, Alteryx </li><li>Functional industry experience in product, marketing, credit/risk or finance </li></ul>
