<p>Summary: Supervise activity of count team attendants, and assist with tasks related to the drop, collection, transportation and counting of cash and tickets from gaming operations in accordance with regulated procedures and internal controls.</p> <p>Engagement Expectations:</p> <p>We believe that team member engagement is the basis for a great culture and superior guest service. During every interaction, we display three behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body language. </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service. </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation. </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Verifies calculations and reconciles summary reports. </li><li>Ensures compliance with gaming regulations related to the count room. </li><li>Supervises staff count room attendants in completing daily tasks and with discrepancies related to reconciling monetary assets. </li><li>Ensures delays do not occur in the currency wrapping process by performing minor mechanical adjustments to the currency counting machines. </li><li>Ensures compliance with all other regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. </li><li>Trains and supervises team members in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies, and procedures. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>One or more years count room or money handling experience preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of accounting software. </li><li>Operate a ten-key adding machine. </li><li>Must possess basic math skills and ability to count large sums of currency. </li><li>Experience supervising employees engaged in handling large cash transactions required. </li><li>Must be available to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends, and holidays. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to see; use hands to finger, handle, or feel. </li><li>Frequently required to reach with hands and arms; stoop and talk or hear. </li><li>Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds or push up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Ability to work in a confined space without the ability to enter or exit freely. </li><li>Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under working conditions that require supervised confinement in a secured workspace. </li></ul>
