This company offers outstanding comp and benefits, a hard-working and fun culture, and a hybrid work option.</p> <p>Duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Accounting for property portfolio including A/P review and approval, cash management, bank account reconciliations, wire transfers, and collaboration with property/asset management regarding property operations </li><li>Preparing monthly reporting packages for internal and external use (investor, lender compliance, asset management, and development reports) </li><li>Managing the cash flow projection process to meet cash needs </li><li>Preparing annual budgets and collaborating with the real estate team to ensure accurate information Assisting in the annual audit process </li><li>Managing lease administration and monthly billing process* 5+ years of relevant Real Estate property accounting experience; Residential property experience preferred </li><li>Solid computer skills - YARDI is preferred; Similar real estate accounting software will be considered </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills </li></ul>
