Remains in consistent contact with leadership.</p> <p>You will report to the Manager - Safety Documentation</p> <p>This position is based in Celebration, Florida</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement procedures to enhance overall quality and safety documentation repositories </li><li>Champion a "quality/safety first" culture focused on operational quality, reliability, and meeting or exceeding Company expectations </li><li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of quality processes across Disney Signature Experiences </li><li>Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement </li><li>Maintain existing technology systems and troubleshoot as needed </li><li>Implement business and operational solutions quickly and efficiently </li><li>Document and manage process changes to support consistent practices and safety compliance </li><li>Collaborate with partners to evolve the Quality Process and Continuous Improvement Program </li><li>Support the VP of Safety, Environmental Sustainability and Medical Operations, and Director of Safety - DSE, in business planning and quality initiatives </li><li>Work with leadership to address safety, quality, and compliance risks </li><li>Conduct regular ship visits to evaluate and improve safety and quality systems </li><li>Use data analytics to drive insights and decision-making </li><li>Demonstrate working knowledge of HTML and CSS </li><li>Utilize Microsoft Power Apps and Dataverse </li><li>Apply familiarity with MadCap Flare software </li><li>Work proficiently with Smartsheet and other project management tools </li><li>Serve as liaison with internal IT and external vendors for system enhancements and support </li><li>Act independently on new initiatives and projects </li><li>Support Disney Cruise Line's Incident Management System, including enhancements and testing </li><li>Explore and implement system improvements continuously </li><li>Be available for occasional domestic and international travel </li></ul> <p>You will have:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of systems development and sustainment experience </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Familiarity with Python, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript </li><li>Data analysis skills </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required </li><li>Master's Degree preferred </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field </li><li>Experience leading a large-scale data migration project </li><li>Experience working with enterprise IT on major technology initiatives </li></ul> <p>Benefits and Perks:</p> <p>Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
