We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and fostering a supportive, physician-led team environment focused on collaborative care.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <ul> <li>Role: Part-Time Pediatrician </li><li>Schedule: Flexible 2-3 days per week, promoting excellent work-life balance. </li><li>Practice Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. </li><li>Setting: Outpatient Only; no newborn rounding or inpatient responsibility. </li><li>Ideal Candidate: A compassionate physician focused on building trusting patient relationships. New resident graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide comprehensive primary care, including routine well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations. </li><li>Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and manage chronic pediatric conditions. </li><li>Order appropriate tests and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR). </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree. </li><li>Successful completion of a pediatric residency program. </li><li>Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) or Board Eligible (must achieve certification within two years of residency completion). </li><li>Must hold or be eligible for an active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Maryland. </li></ul> <p>We Provide:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation package. </li><li>Comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage. </li><li>401(k) retirement plan for employees who meet service hour eligibility. </li><li>A stable, physician-led practice with a supportive team. </li><li>J1 visa sponsorship via the Appalachian Regional Commission available to those who qualify </li><li>Practice location eligible for State Loan Repayment Program (SLRP) and Maryland Loan Assistance Repayment Program for Physicians (MLARP) </li></ul> <p>The salary range for this role is $120,00-$150,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or available benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, , 401K, paid time off, and/or other wellness programs).
