<p>Coke Florida is looking for a Distribution Supervisor based out of our Orlando location, working 3:00PM until Finish, Tuesday - Saturday.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <p>As a Coke Florida Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient distribution of product and management of drivers within a specific territory in Orlando.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members </li><li>Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements </li><li>Manages drivers' delivery schedules and hours worked </li><li>Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolve customer issues </li><li>Serve as liaison between distribution and sales </li><li>Manage and audit team members' timekeeping </li><li>Manage within labor and OPEX budget </li></ul> <p>For this role, you will need:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>1+ years of experience in consumer products/direct store delivery </li><li>Requires experience managing people/budgets </li><li>Familiarity with DOT regulations </li><li>Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines </li></ul> <p>Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Intermediate computer and database application skills </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>1+ years supervising distribution/delivery staff preferred </li><li>CDL A license preferred </li></ul>
