<p>Responsibilities of the CNA Educator include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design and Delivery of Clinical Education</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and facilitate clinical learning programs in both online and in-person formats.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and WesleyLife philosophies.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration Across Teams</p> </li><li> <p>Work with Health Services, Clinical Excellence, and Organizational Learning to:</p> </li><li> <p>Establish documentation and processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Secure classrooms and equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Create auditing and tracking systems for ongoing program success.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluation of Program Effectiveness</p> </li><li> <p>Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical training programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and report on retention, completion, and other metrics to assess program impact.</p> </li><li> <p>Managing Training Plans</p> </li><li> <p>Develop onboarding and orientation practices that meet annual training requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee clinical training programs</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with 1 year of hands-on experience as an RN within a long-term-care setting</p> </li><li> <p>A valid Iowa RN licenses is required to be considered for this position.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred - Certified in one of more of the following or able to obtain within 6 months of hire: MHFA, CPR / BLS Instructor Certification.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred - Completed Wound Care Certification, IV Certification, Certified Dementia Practitioner or other identified areas of clinical competency.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in the use of learning development and delivery software (Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, etc.).</p> </li></ul> <p>Ready to make a difference?
