<p>OVERVIEW</p> <p>Propel, an Alera Group company, is looking for an Account Coordinator. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) compliance, including approval and monitoring for contracted clients, onboarding, customizing requirements, reviewing certificates and endorsements, initiating waivers for non-compliance, and maintaining a comprehensive client database.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a liaison between clients and vendors by providing compliance updates, conducting account audits, offering strategic support, and monitoring platform usage to boost customer satisfaction and retention.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with production staff to streamline the onboarding of prospective clients by collecting necessary information for insurance marketing and quotations.</p> </li><li> <p>Support leadership in tracking renewal milestones, improving team efficiency, and maintaining performance metrics to enhance workflow and client retention.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure timely, professional follow-up with clients, carriers, producers, and team members to support service excellence and project continuity.</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately maintain client records, documents, and correspondence across systems such as Sagitta, ImageRight, TrustLayer, and Indio while effectively delegating tasks to Account Assistants.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay current on underwriting requirements, maintain relevant certifications, complete training objectives, and actively participate in commercial lines renewal meetings.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years relevant experience. </li><li>Resident State's Agents License preferred. May be obtained within 3 months of hire. </li><li>Experience with Risk Management Information Systems. </li><li>Background in Insurance, Risk Management, or Compliance preferred. </li><li>College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in the field. </li><li>Occasional travel to client office locations, seminars, training, and conferences. </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS</p> <p>This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.</p> <p>Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.</p> <p>Salary range is $75K to 80K per year.</p> <p>We're an equal opportunity employer.
