Ranked 35 among national universities, Boston College has 888 full-time and 1,281 FTE faculty, 2,711 non-faculty employees, an operating budget of $1.4 billion, and an endowment in excess of $3.5 billion.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Business Manager</p> <p>The Business Manager, Student Affairs Business Service Center (SABSC) provides direction and critical oversight for the financial operations of all Student Affairs departments and over 200 student organizations. This role leads a team responsible for high-volume financial processing, procurement, student hiring and deposit services. The Business Manager ensures the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of financial transactions within the university system and maintains a strong customer service orientation that supports the University's student formation mission.</p> <p>The successful candidate will bring a proactive leadership style, strong fiscal acumen, and a deep commitment to efficiency and inclusion. They will act as a strategic partner in advancing student engagement, administrative effectiveness, and organizational stewardship.
