<p>What to Expect</p> <p>The Maintenance Support Technician will report directly to the Mx projects Supervisor, Technician will have responsibility for the performance of tasks associated with all Facilities Maintenance support, cleaning, collection, and safe/compliant handling of hazardous waste materials generated by our GFNV facility.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, self-driven and works well with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate must also take pride in their analytical abilities, operational mindset, organization skills and attention to detail. They appreciate a setting where superior work is encouraged, recognized, and rewarded.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facilities systems including required calibrations as scheduled </li><li>Perform cleaning, collection and consolidation of hazardous waste containers generated by facilities equipment </li><li>Perform and support all maintenance cleaning jobs, example: Sump, trench, list stations, etc. </li><li>Work closely with hazardous waste, Prepare loads/barrels for hazardous waste pick for disposal. Ensure hazardous waste containers are properly labeled </li><li>Ensure hazardous waste containers are disposed of within the allotted time. Provide on-call coverage due to time off, training, weekend work, etc. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all Tesla requirements for managing hazardous waste. Load or unload materials into containers or onto trucks utilizing material handling equipment.
