Come where you can flourish!</p> <ul> <li>FULL-TIME </li><li>Salary: ~$17.50-$18/HR </li><li>Johnston, RI </li></ul> <p>Our Full-Time Front Desk Medical Receptionists Enjoy these Amazing Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary Employee-centric work culture from the top, down! </li><li>Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD insurances </li><li>Generous PTO </li><li>401(k) Employer Matching </li><li>Free Life Insurance </li><li>Parental Perks! </li><li>And more! </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>This opportunity is ideal for an individual with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, a love for continuous learning, and a passion for helping others!</p> <p>This key position is responsible for all front desk duties including providing amazing customer service, checking patients in/out, appointment scheduling, referral management, insurance verifications, authorizations, and payment collection.</p> <ul> <li>Warmly greet and welcome patients. </li><li>Check patients in and out for appointments according to company policy and procedures, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete. </li><li>Pleasantly answer phones and/or direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person. </li><li>Accurately register patients and create patient accounts within an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. </li><li>Efficiently schedule patient appointments for both new and existing patients. </li><li>Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such preparing patient charts/documents, insurance verifications, authorizations, data entry and collection of payments. </li><li>Complete opening/closing duties and other duties as assigned. </li><li>Demonstrate amazing Customer Service and maintain HIPAA Compliance. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma required. </li><li>MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills. </li><li>Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and amazing customer service skills. </li><li>Verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with others. </li><li>Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required. </li></ul> <p>Come where you can flourish!
