<p>Overview</p> <p>Hybrid based within 2 hours of Bloomington, IN.</p> <p>Will be responsible for functional alignment in support of MedSurg direct business teams and Indirect Market Management (IMM) teams.</p> <p>The business operations manager is the facilitator of communication and functional alignment between the assigned business team and supporting functions. They will manage assigned issues to resolution, arising from the business team, CSD, and functions. They will ensure the business is represented in all relevant policy deployment across the functions. They will be responsible for the project management of assigned operational projects.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Management of operational issues raised by business leadership, CSD and other functionsManaging a coordinated response and resolution of issues through division and functional alignmentPoint of contact for functions to access support from the business.Fosters excellent communication internally and externally, managing potential escalations and keeps all stakeholders informed.Corporate level training management and alignment as assigned Regional special project participation as assigned.Stakeholder of CSD intake process for IMM focused projectsWorks with team of operations support managers to define global and standardized solutionsAdvocate of continuous improvement approach to process management Ensure that Cook's Code of Conduct is considered in all business matters carried out on Cook's behalfWithin scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and product specific requirements are met. Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policy.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Requirements:Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience desiredProven problem-solving skillsExperience collaborating with multi-functional teams toward defined objectivesDemonstrated experience in account and project management practicesStrong organizational abilitiesProven communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines and follow up promptly on relevant issuesExcellent English language skills and preference for additional local language skills</p> <p>Physical Requirements/Work Environment:Willingness and availability to travel on company businessWork under general office environmental conditions.</p> <p>Other Requirements: Employee signs a non-competition and confidentiality agreements in relation to his/her employment with Cook.
