Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the design, development, and testing of new applications </li><li>Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure project success </li><li>Support engineers in various stages of the application engineering process </li><li>Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives </li><li>Document and communicate project progress and findings </li><li>Translate customer needs to usable design requirements </li><li>Design systems utilizing Honeywell standard offerings and outside purchased products </li><li>Balance design optimization with customer budgetary constraints </li><li>Ensure cost and schedule estimates are consistent with historical company performance </li><li>Assist in writing proposals that are both technically correct and easily readable </li></ul> <p>YOU MUST HAVE</p> <ul> <li>Enrolled in a relevant engineering program </li><li>Basic understanding of engineering principles </li><li>Basic AutoCAD knowledge </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE</p> <ul> <li>Pursuing an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), or related field </li><li>Experience with engineering software and tools </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li></ul>
