<p>Outlet Lead</p> <p>RINCON, GA</p> <p>Serena & Lily is seeking an Outlet Lead. The Outlet Lead is responsible for overseeing daily outlet floor operations within the Serena & Lily Distribution Center. This role ensures accurate inventory control, efficient product flow, and a safe, organized outlet environment while providing hands-on leadership to the outlet team. The Outlet Lead acts as a point of contact between management and associates to support operational goals and customer fulfillment standards. This position reports to the Outlet Operations Manager.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Operations & Inventory Management</p> <ul> <li>Lead daily outlet operations, including product movement, organization, and storage. </li><li>Ensure outlet inventory is properly located, labeled, and accounted for in the WMS. </li><li>Coordinate the movement of outlet, bulk, and clearance items to designated locations. </li><li>Pick, stage, and prepare merchandise weekly for shipment to outlet store locations, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and on-time readiness. </li><li>Support cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of outlet inventory. </li><li>Ensure damaged, returned, or RA-designated items are routed appropriately (e.g., Quality/FITS). </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership & Support</p> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day directions to outlet associates and temporary labor as needed. </li><li>Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure priorities are met. </li><li>Train team members on outlet processes, safety standards, and inventory procedures. </li><li>Communicate expectations clearly and address performance or attendance concerns promptly. </li></ul> <p>Safety & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Promote and enforce all safety policies and DC procedures. </li><li>Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to material handling standards. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free outlet area. </li></ul> <p>Communication & Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control, and Management teams to support workflow. </li><li>Communicate progress, challenges, and resource needs to leadership. </li><li>Assist with planning labor needs, including overtime or weekend work when required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or outlet environment </li><li>Prior lead or informal supervisory experience preferred </li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment </li><li>Proficiency with WMS systems, RF scanners, or inventory tools </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in furniture, home goods, or large-item distribution </li><li>Forklift or powered industrial equipment certification (or ability to obtain) </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation </li><li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching </li><li>Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>$22/hr </li><li>Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance should they choose to participate in Serena & Lily's benefits.
