<p>A Dining Room Host/Hostess is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by helping to make a difference for every guest through Chick-fil-A's Second Mile Service procedures. As a Dining Room Host/Hostess, you will welcome & greet guests, maintain cleanliness in the dining room and restrooms, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others.</p> <p>Full or Part- Time position with availability Monday-Saturday.</p> <p>The Ideal Team Member:</p> <ul> <li>Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well </li><li>Positive attitude </li><li>Loves serving and helping others and values teamwork </li><li>Excitement to learn and take initiative </li><li>Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours) </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greeting Guests </li><li>Cleaning Tables, floors, and windows as needed </li><li>Refreshing Beverages </li><li>Clearing trays and trash from guests </li><li>Restocking supplies </li><li>Table touch-ins to ensure all guests feel welcomed in the dining room </li><li>Maintaining a clean store environment </li><li>Clean restrooms (Trash, floors, etc.) </li><li>Dining room trash taken out regularly </li><li>Expedite orders to carry out guests and dining room guests </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Must have a source of reliable transportation </li><li>Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low </li><li>Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required </li><li>Works in noisy and fast paced environment </li><li>Mobility required during shifts </li><li>Must work well under pressure </li><li>Very strong attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
