<p>Investment Banking Analyst, Aerospace & Defense</p> <p>Jefferies Charlotte, North Carolina, United States (On-site)</p> <p>Position:</p> <p>The Global Industrials team is actively looking for an experienced Analyst to support the Aerospace & Defense vertical in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.</p> <p>Group Description</p> <p>Jefferies Global Industrials Group provides a full suite of advisory and capital markets capabilities to clients across several sectors, including Aerospace & Defense, Business Services, Capital Goods, Chemicals, Construction and Building Materials, Distribution, Engineering and Electrical, Maritime, Metals & Mining, Paper & Packaging, and Transportation & Logistics. The Global Industrials Group is a team of approximately 100 professionals worldwide based in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Boston, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Hong Kong, London and Toronto.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <p>Significant responsibilities related to pitching as well as executing advisory and capital markets transactions for a broad group of public and private clients based in the U.S. and internationally. These responsibilities will include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Execution of M&A as well as equity and debt financings and restructuring transactions </li><li>Preparation of pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations and prospectuses </li><li>Preparation of financial and valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, pro forma merger, precedent transaction and comparable companies analyses </li><li>Analyze business plans and participate in due diligence sessions </li><li>Develop client relationships through deal execution and pitching </li></ul> <p>These responsibilities afford direct and active interaction with the senior executive management teams of our clients.</p> <p>Required Background</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of one year of Investment Banking experience </li><li>Financial modeling coursework, training or experience </li><li>Strong technical, written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously </li><li>Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as team player </li><li>Experience in the Industrials sector is not required </li><li>Live in Charlotte, North Carolina or willing to relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina </li></ul> <p>The salary range for this role is $110,000-$125,000</p> <p>#LI-DNI</p>
