We have also received the highest distinction in customer satisfaction. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate alignment with True Homes culture and values. </li><li>Assist in attracting and persuading prospects to build a True Home. </li><li>Execute the follow-up process with prospects and document all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. </li><li>Register all client visits and communication in CRM and provide timely follow-up. </li><li>Inspect communities, models, and signage to ensure a professional and inviting sales environment. </li><li>Engage with clients immediately upon entering the sales office to create a seamless experience. </li><li>Maintain consistent client communication, documenting interactions, and ensuring top-tier customer service. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Active state real estate license or willingness to enroll in a state-approved real estate licensing course (required). </li><li>1+ years of quota-bearing, commission-based sales experience (required). </li><li>1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience (required). </li><li>Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work weekends on a regular basis (with two consecutive off days) </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. </li><li>Formal sales training, B2B experience, broker experience, and leadership experience preferred. </li><li>High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Average Annual Sales Income: $150,000 - $300,000+ </li><li>Comprehensive Benefits Package: </li><li>Health and vision programs </li><li>Company-paid dental, life, AD&D insurance </li><li>Short-term and long-term disability </li><li>18 days of paid time off plus 9 company holidays in the first year </li></ul> <p>Apply Now</p> <p>If you're a driven sales professional ready to grow your career, click Apply to complete the True Homes application.
