<p>Overview</p> <p>We are PepsiCo North America!</p> <p>We're game changers, mountain movers, and history makers-pushing forward together to be faster, stronger, and better.</p> <p>With iconic brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, Mountain Dew, Bubly, and Rockstar Energy, now's the perfect time to explore your future with us.</p> <p>Dare for better and join us as an Associate Administrative Assistant - Part time!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Office setting, readily available to assist and back up other admins for support </li><li>Mobility LPO </li><li>IT support </li><li>Manage calendar for conference rooms </li><li>Reception backup support UNY RDS backup </li><li>Review and sign weekly uniform invoices </li><li>Maintain market contact list and org charts </li><li>LOE/HHC/Pepsi Direct backup </li><li>Compile call deck for periodic conference calls </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>The expected compensation range for this position is between $33,000-34,000 </li><li>Expected hourly pay is $22-$22.5 an hour for the role. </li><li>Expected working hours per week are 29 hours for the role. </li><li>Working schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 2/ 3:30pm </li><li>Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
