<p>Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges</p> <p>SAP Logistics & GTS System Administrator as a Logistics & GTS (Global Trade Services) System Administrator here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for the administration and maintenance of our logistics and global trade services systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of these systems, assisting our logistics and global trade operations. You will report directly to our IT Director, and you'll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:</p> <ul> <li>Overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of logistics and GTS systems </li><li>Expertise in applicable domain areas in SAP Logistics, Outbound/Inbound Deliveries, Shipment documents, XPS/CSO implementation across DCs, 4PL integration, Carrier Integration, Third Party Integration, SAP GTS or any other GTS applications </li><li>Monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues </li><li>Expertise in MM (Materials Management), Inbound Delivery, Goods Receipt processes and Familiarity with interface design (e.g., IDocs, BAPIs, or middleware) for inbound/outbound stock updates </li><li>Expertise in the following SAP GTS Modules for Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk management - Free Trade Agreements </li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements </li><li>Ensuring system security and compliance with global trade regulations </li><li>Providing training and facilitating to end users of the systems </li><li>Documenting system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and standardization </li><li>Design, configure, and implement SAP LE/WM solutions to meet business requirements </li></ul> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of logistics and GTS systems </li><li>Monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical issues </li><li>S/4 HANA is a plus </li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements </li><li>Ensure system security and compliance with global trade regulations </li><li>Provide training and facilitate to end users of the systems </li><li>Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and standardization </li></ul> <p>YOU MUST HAVE</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in SAP ERP Logistics, SAP GTS, 3PL, TMC, 4PL, 3PL, 3rd party integration applications. </li><li>Experience with S/4HANA or cloud-based SAP deployments (RISE) is preferred </li><li>Design, configure, and implement SAP LE/WM solutions to meet business requirements </li><li>Provide guidance and facilitate to stakeholders on best practices and industry trends in sourcing and procurement </li><li>Strong knowledge of logistics and global trade services systems </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field </li><li>Industry-recognized certifications in systems administration or network management </li><li>Previous experience in logistics or global trade operations </li><li>Familiarity with customs regulations and global trade compliance </li><li>Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to guide system upgrade initiatives </li></ul> <p>This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs.
