<p>Job#: 3033060</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Supply Chain Analyst</p> <p>Location: Merrillville, Indiana (Onsite)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>A Logistics Inventory Analyst is responsible for optimizing inventory management across a vast fulfillment network. This role combines analytical expertise with supply chain knowledge to monitor, analyze, and forecast inventory levels. The analyst will leverage data analysis tools to identify trends, predict demand patterns, and develop insights that drive inventory planning decisions. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining product availability while supporting operational efficiency and profitability through strategic inventory optimization.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Analyze inventory levels, demand patterns, and supply chain performance to identify targets for improvement. </li><li>Monitor and optimize inventory stock levels and cycle counts. </li><li>Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues. </li><li>Create reports and dashboards for inventory metrics and KPIs. </li><li>Collaborate with metering centers, 3PLs, vendors, and supply chain teams. </li><li>Analyze data to improve inventory accuracy and reduce waste. </li><li>Support inventory planning and procurement decisions. </li><li>Perform weekly cycle counts, including weekly onsite reviews. </li><li>Investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement process improvements. </li><li>Monitor and execute daily transactions in WMS/ERP systems. </li><li>Assist with JIRA ticket resolutions. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Education: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.</p> <p>Experience: This role requires 2-4 years of experience in supply chain or relevant fields.</p> <p>Technical Skills: Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with experience with inventory WMS and ERP systems.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>The pay rate for this position is $21.75 per hour.
