Our lead candidate, lumateperone (CAPLYTA), is FDA-approved for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults as well as for the treatment of bipolar depression in adults as monotherapy and as adjunctive therapy.</p> <p>Total Rewards and HR Operations Consultant is a 6-8 months contract position. This role will be reporting to the Executive Director, Total Rewards and HR Operations.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Administrator for leave of absence programs (STD, FMLA, LTD, Parental Leave, State Leave ,etc)</p> <ul> <li>Ensure conformance and consistency based upon applicable company policies and state and federal laws, in partnership with third party administer, connect with employees on leave process/questions, maintain internal leave tracker and communicate leaves to HR team, and leave calcs liaison with payroll. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Assist in managing benefits programs inclusive of health insurance, retirement plans, leave pans, and wellness initiatives </li><li>Lead weekly benefits meetings with insurance broker </li><li>Support annual insurance renewal process </li><li>Lead open enrollment inclusive of system configuration, employee education, and communications </li><li>Maintain compliance calendar and meet with benefits broker for quarterly compliance meetings </li><li>Assist in benefit related audits </li></ul> <p>Merit/Compensation</p> <ul> <li>Develop merit workbooks to aid in determining salary increases, promotions, bonus, etc for field and home office </li><li>Audit merit/bonus workbooks </li><li>Provide compensation information and analyses </li><li>Complete salary surveys </li></ul> <p>Proxy</p> <ul> <li>Assist in compiling/reviewing data needed for proxy statements, annual reports, and other disclosures </li></ul> <p>SOX</p> <ul> <li>Administer audits and interface with internal/external auditors acting as key contact </li><li>Update internal controls and provide recommendations as necessary </li><li>Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and auditors </li><li>Administrator back up for company equity program, including processing and uploading of grants, process new hires/terminations, and audit of data (liaison with SOX auditor as well) </li></ul> <p>Johnson and Johnson intregration</p> <ul> <li>Liaison and meetings with J&J team on integration </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required with a concentration in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred </li><li>Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or similar designations are preferred. </li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, including compensation, and benefits preferably in pharma, biotech, or life sciences. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy. </li><li>Experience with ADP is preferred. </li><li>Experience administering equity programs is preferred. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization. </li><li>Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying challenges and implementing strategic and scalable solutions. </li><li>Strong project management skills. </li><li>Must be confidential, tactful, and able to have difficult conversations. </li><li>Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines. </li><li>Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. </li><li>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
