Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and participate in capital markets activities. </li><li>Partner with the Treasurer on strategic initiatives and financial planning related to capital structure, financing, and risk management. </li><li>Oversee implementation and optimization of the Treasury Management System (TMS), ensuring automation, accuracy, and efficiency. </li><li>Play a leading role in treasury related ERP system integration projects, including process redesign, system rollouts, and change management initiatives. </li><li>Support M&A activity, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition treasury setup. </li><li>Develop, mentor, and guide team members while maintaining a strong 'player/coach' approach. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Corporate Development to ensure treasury alignment with company objectives. </li><li>Contribute to financial modeling related to cash flow projections, debt capacity, and capital market transactions. </li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements governing debt agreements, cash and investments. </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. </li><li>10+ years of progressive treasury or finance experience, including prior experience in a similar role at a large or complex organization. </li><li>Strong understanding of capital markets, cash flow management, and corporate finance principles. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems and ERP implementations. </li><li>Proven project management skills and ability to lead process improvement and system rollouts. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in M&A due diligence and integration is highly desirable. </li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels. </li><li>Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>What you'll earn</p> <ul> <li>401(k) with employer match </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>PTO, company holidays, and parental leave </li><li>Paid training and certifications </li><li>Legal assistance and identity protection </li><li>Pet insurance </li><li>Employee assistance program (EAP) </li></ul> <p>QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
