Bring your commitment and clinical know-how to a team-based workplace that puts people first.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that individuals' treatment plans are consistently implemented by following the treatment plan goals and interventions, building and maintaining a therapeutic relationship with those served, utilizing sound judgment, and seeking out appropriate consultation. </li><li>Collaborate with family and treatment team members; educate parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention information when requested. </li><li>Utilize appropriate interactional style and maintain dignity and respect towards those served. </li><li>Prompt safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Fade prompts appropriately to promote successful independent responding. </li><li>Increase the frequency or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors by providing access to reinforcers. </li><li>Review participant progress objectively using behavior analytic methods, identify solutions to barriers, and make recommendations to the supervisor and behavior analyst when needed. </li><li>Accurately collect behavioral data as defined in the RBT program as needed. </li><li>Complete all clinical and residential documentation in a timely and accurate manner. </li><li>Review daily updates such as new programs, access level changes, scheduled sessions, etc. </li><li>Ensure proper implementation and retraining as needed by routinely communicating with staff. </li><li>Schedule and prepare for leisure activities to keep participants engaged and active when therapy sessions are not taking place. </li><li>Participate in training and refreshers from clinical staff on the implementation of program updates to ensure that rehabilitative objectives are achieved. </li><li>Attend clinical meetings such as access review meetings, clinical team meetings, progress conferences, etc. as assigned. </li><li>Provide up-to-date residential status of participants and identify problem areas affecting the participant; implement solutions as recommended by the clinical team. </li><li>Understand and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with relevant external regulatory guidelines. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days </li><li>Current CPR/First Aid certification as required by state. </li><li>Current driver's license in good standing, car registration, and auto insurance if providing transportation for individual receiving services. </li><li>Professional, with the ability to maintain composure and exercise sound judgment and discretion. </li><li>Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly. </li><li>A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <ul> <li>Paid time off and health benefits for full-time employees. </li><li>Enjoy job security with career development and advancement opportunities. </li><li>Paid training, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement. </li><li>Work with some of the best co-workers you could ask for! </li><li>Rewarding, hands-on work that makes a lasting impact on the lives of individuals. </li></ul> <p>We have meaningful work for you - come join our team - Apply Today!</p> <p>Join Our Team</p> <p>If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families, we encourage you to join Bright Light's mission of helping everyone live a full and happy life.
