Comprehensive benefits package includes: highly competitive base salary plus bonus program, health insurance plan, 401(k), generous PTO policy and hybrid-remote work environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Actively contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions within an Agile environment. </li><li>Serve as a technical resource and mentor for team members, helping to resolve complex engineering challenges. </li><li>Provide leadership in setting clear goals and fostering professional development among team members. </li><li>Write and review code, promoting industry best practices in coding, testing, and design. </li><li>Oversee sprint planning, task assignment, and team capacity to ensure timely project delivery. </li><li>Lead architectural discussions and contribute to the long-term technical vision of projects. </li><li>Manage quality assurance processes including code reviews, releases, and continuous deployment pipelines. </li><li>Collaborate on improving documentation including design specs, implementation notes, and technical roadmaps. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>7+ years of hands-on development experience using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core MVC within the Microsoft technology stack</p> <p>At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role guiding enterprise-level software projects.</p> <p>Proven experience applying AI/ML capabilities to enhance product features or business functions.</p> <p>Strong full-stack development expertise including both front-end and back-end technologies.</p> <p>Proficient in C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and SASS, with hands-on experience using modern frameworks such as Angular or React.</p> <p>Solid experience integrating APIs and working with data in JSON format.</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer.
