This role manages the schedule for each shift on all inpatient behavioral health units. This role involves accurate coordination of schedules and schedule adjustments based on vacancies and staff time off.</p> <p>This position performs other related clerical tasks as assigned and is required to work at both campuses. Provides assistance in the department with a variety of non-medical tasks.</p> <p>EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalency is required. </li><li>Experience in scheduling preferred. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>At least two (2) years work experience in a medical office setting where intermediate knowledge of software computer programs such as Word and Excel has been gained and demonstrated in daily work. </li></ul> <p>COMPETENCIES:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Word and Excel. </li><li>Able to learn and become efficient with scheduling software. </li><li>Able to multi-task and prioritize workload with minimal supervision. </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Disclaimer: Job descriptions are not intended, nor should they be construed to be, exhaustive lists of all responsibilities, skills, efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
