Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Your day-to-day activities will include performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work to ensure the applications function optimally.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.</p> </li><li> <p>Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is recommended.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Python and JavaScript is suggested.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective software solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement best practices in coding and testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share constructive feedback.</p> </li><li> <p>Development/maintenance experience with ArcGIS</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 1 years of work exp.
