This role involves light assembly work requiring the use of various tools, fixtures, and processes. Tasks may remain consistent for days or shift multiple times a day, depending on production demand. Most work is performed while standing, with occasional sitting at a workstation.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Report to the workstation on time and adhere to time tracking requirements. </li><li>Comply with all departmental safety rules, including proper use of PPE and uniform standards. </li><li>Assemble product parts in line with established production guidelines and standards. </li><li>Read and interpret work orders, ensuring all tools and materials are available. </li><li>Use fine motor skills for detailed tasks. </li><li>Utilize and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS). </li><li>Meet production quotas on time without compromising safety or quality standards. </li><li>Perform tasks using hand tools, power tools, and production machinery. </li><li>Assemble parts into subassemblies (e.g., bolt, screw, clip, or fasten) while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to 5S standards. </li><li>Inspect and measure finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. </li><li>Improve productivity and efficiency while maintaining quality standards. </li><li>Complete additional job duties and special projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge of:</p> <ul> <li>Mechanical skills, including the use of hand and power tools. </li><li>Quality assurance and safety practices. </li></ul> <p>Ability To / Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Follow all safety protocols and departmental rules. </li><li>Read and understand written assembly instructions. </li><li>Interpret and use Safety Data Sheets (SDS). </li><li>Comprehend ISO standards relevant to the position. </li></ul> <p>Equipment Used:</p> <ul> <li>Hand Tools: Pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, razor knives, wrenches, tape guns, etc. </li><li>Power Tools: Drills, ratchets, rivet guns, heat guns, pneumatic staplers, etc. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. </li><li>Complete a work physical and lift test. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li></ul> <p>We offer a supportive and team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.
