<p>Looking for an Experienced Field Service Technician in or around one of these locations Indianapolis, IN Cinncinnati,OH or Louisville, KY. This is 90% Travel Based, Pay up to $35 an hour, depending on Experience.</p> <p>What our Client Offers:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance </li><li>401(k) and 401(k) Match </li><li>Per Diem </li><li>Mileage and Expense Reimbursement </li><li>Generous Paid Vacation </li><li>12 paid Holidays </li><li>Tools and uniforms are provided </li></ul> <p>What You'll Be Doing?</p> <ul> <li>You'll be a key part of a technical service support team that provides on-site, telephone and email support to customers. </li><li>As a Service Technician, you would travel to customer locations in the USA to perform on-site training, installations, repairs, and maintenance on both hardware and software. </li><li>This position comes with an expectation to travel 90% of the time with all travel expenses paid. </li><li>Diagnosing complex technical problems and performing on-site repairs. </li><li>Examining machines both mechanically and electrically, performing repairs by dismantling machines and rebuilding mechanically and electrically. </li><li>Performing software updates on HMI and PLC - must be well versed with this. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Skilled in Electrical measurement and inspection techniques. </li><li>Possess a working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulics, and electrical systems. </li><li>Competent skills in reading schematics, using test equipment, reading software coding to diagnose problems. </li><li>Experienced with Windows based computers and their use for programming drives, PLCs, and other control devices and proven skills with all Microsoft Office. </li><li>Proficient with AC and DC control circuits, sensors, switches, relays, timers, and fusing. </li><li>Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems.
