<p>Role Summary</p> <p>URBN is seeking an International Compliance Coordinator to join our Global Trade & Compliance team and support our international operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing export documentation for accuracy and completeness, assisting with product classification, and providing day-to-day support to the compliance team and other business partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and interested in the dynamic world of global trade.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Monitoring and resolving daily export compliance issues for the URBN retail and wholesale business </li><li>Data entry in TradeStone (PO Management System) </li><li>Develop classification knowledge in apparel, footwear, home, and beauty product </li><li>Assistance with customs audits & investigations when required </li><li>Weekly processing of truck shipments from our DC's to fulfill our Canadian retail stores </li><li>Document review for exports to international wholesale customers and influencers </li><li>Processing of invoices for Accounts Payable </li><li>Assisting with inquiries from our Canada Customs Broker </li><li>Run reports from MicroStrategy and analyzing data </li></ul> <p>Role Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Strong communicator with a flexible and adaptable approach to new challenges </li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced, everchanging landscape </li><li>Organized with an eye for detail, who can prioritize and manage their own time and workload </li></ul> <p>#LI-KD1</p> <p>The Perks</p> <p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
