<p>Job Title: Lab Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>As a Lab Technician, you will operate production equipment in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Records, and other relevant documents. You will execute procedures for the production of cross-linked hyaluronic acid products, ensuring adherence to manufacturing documentation for compliance. You will also coordinate sample preparation and testing, and meticulously record data in Batch Records, log books, and OPMs following Good Documentation Practices.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Operate production equipment according to SOPs, Batch Records, MD, and OPM. </li><li>Execute procedures for cross-linked hyaluronic acid product production. </li><li>Review manufacturing documentation for compliance. </li><li>Coordinate sample preparation and testing. </li><li>Record data into Batch Records, log books, and OPMs. </li><li>Document all work activities following Good Documentation Practices. </li><li>Recommend document revisions. </li><li>Report procedural deviations and nonconformance to management. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in SOP and GMP. </li><li>Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing. </li><li>Knowledge of cell culture. </li><li>Understanding of chemicals, including acids and bases. </li><li>Aseptic technique skills. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in a biotech manufacturing environment. </li><li>Ability to gown and gain entry to biotechnology/pharmaceutical manufacturing. </li><li>Comfortability working in a cleanroom environment. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 6am - 2:30pm. You will be part of a team of 6-8 members, working in a business casual environment. The company values hard-working, detail-oriented, and team-oriented individuals who take initiative.
