This hybrid role is responsible for both maintaining the cleanliness of RVs and assisting with lot organization, including the safe operation of a forklift to move units. We invest in our employees through training, development, and career advancement opportunities.</p> <p>COMPENSATION: $17-$19/HOURLY</p> <p>OUR BENEFITS:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, vision, disability, FSAs, and life insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off and paid holidays </li><li>401K </li><li>Pet Insurance </li><li>5-day work week </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Training and Development Programs </li><li>Legal Coverage & Identity Theft Protection </li><li>Referral Program </li><li>And more! </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</p> <p>Detailing Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Clean RVs inside and out, including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing. </li><li>Clean and polish windows, dust furniture, and clean all flooring. </li><li>Wash interiors, apply leather cleaning products, and remove & clean floor mats. </li><li>Deep clean appliances and apply stain guard when necessary. </li><li>Identify and report any needed repairs. </li></ul> <p>Lot Attendant Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate a forklift to move trailers to and from service areas and rearrange units on the lot. </li><li>Park and move RVs efficiently. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized lot, including sweeping and trash removal. </li><li>Secure units against weather conditions and ensure proper setup (e.g., slide-outs, awnings, jacks). </li><li>Conduct fuel and propane checks and refills. </li><li>Check in new units arriving from the factory. </li><li>Assist in staging units for service or customer pickup. </li><li>Run errands for parts or supplies as needed. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in detailing or a dealership environment is a plus but not required. </li><li>Ability to operate a forklift and/or drive an RV (preferred but not required). </li><li>Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. with assistance. </li></ul> <p>APPLY WITH US!</p> <p>If you're looking for a hands-on role with growth potential in the RV industry, join our team today!</p> <p>Blue Compass RV is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
