<p>BRIEF DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>Part-Time/No Benefits, work is scheduled as needed for events.</p> <p>This is semi-skilled work the collection of admission tickets for the Multi-Purpose Events Center (MPEC). Work involves the collection of the facilities attendees' admission tickets. Provides general event and facility information to facilities attendees' and performs other customer service related duties. Perform related work as required</p> <p>OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Should have knowledge of cleaning materials, methods, equipment and procedures. Ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to establish and maintain working relationships with others.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <p># Code Essential Functions</p> <p>1 L Collects admission tickets from facility attendees'</p> <p>2 H Maintains good public relations and service. Provides information to facility patrons concerning performance and facility policy. Maintains proper image and generates public goodwill.</p> <p>3 L Assists in the general cleaning and maintenance of the Box Office area</p> <p>4 M Minor Maintenance on facility and equipment.</p> <p>JOB CLASSIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Formal Education Work requires knowledge necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes.
