This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional with a technical mindset to take ownership of complex order management while working across multiple departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM </li><li>Some weekend availability may be required </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee Level 4 complex orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and customer requirements are met </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to manage order timelines and adjust as needed </li><li>Monitor project deliverables to keep everything on track </li><li>Manage procurement of materials and services related to complex projects </li><li>Develop supplier relationships and negotiate contracts </li><li>Monitor inventory and ensure timely delivery of required items </li><li>Work with engineering and technical teams to understand product specifications </li><li>Ensure technical requirements are documented and clearly communicated </li><li>Provide basic technical support to internal staff and customers </li><li>Act as a central point of contact for internal departments, suppliers, and customers </li><li>Facilitate seamless communication across all teams involved </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the project lifecycle </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role </li><li>Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn product specifications </li><li>Excellent organization and multitasking skills </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love This Job:</p> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
