<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Marketing Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to support strategic decision-making and business growth. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. The Marketing Analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop marketing strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities to optimize business performance.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Collects and analyzes market data, including customer demographics, purchasing behaviors, and industry trends, to support business objectives. </li><li>Develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. </li><li>Evaluates the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement. </li><li>Conducts competitor analysis to identify market positioning, pricing strategies, and opportunities for differentiation. </li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights. </li><li>Supports market research initiatives by designing surveys, analyzing results, and summarizing key insights. </li><li>Utilizes statistical and analytical tools to forecast market trends and assess potential risks or opportunities. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li><li>Complies with all policies and standards. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field required </li><li>2-4 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related role required </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. </li><li>Knowledge of marketing principles, campaign evaluation, and competitive analysis. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences. </li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting and interpretation. </li><li>Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus. </li></ul>
