<p>POSITION TITLE: MAINTENANCE __ General</p> <p>WORK STATUS: 260 days, 8 hours per day; Non-Exempt</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Director/Assistant Director of Maintenance</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY: Assist in maintaining heating and cooling equipment for the district; perform general Maintenance duties in the district.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read and write. </li><li>Ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor. </li><li>Ability to perform daily tasks with minimum supervision. </li><li>Ability to operate power equipment. </li><li>Ability to work well with others. </li><li>Ability to follow written directions. </li><li>Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed. </li><li>Valid Missouri Driver's License. </li></ul> <p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Shall assist in the repair and install of all kitchen equipment such as stoves, freezers, coolers, ovens etc. </li><li>Shall assist in the repair of existing and installation of new plumbing, gas, and electric service in buildings. </li><li>Shall assist in the repair of old and installation of new underground gas, electric, water, and sewer lines. </li><li>Shall have ability to operate backhoe, dump truck, lift truck, and other equipment to perform jobs listed above. </li><li>Shall have ability to effectively communicate and work well with students, parents, support, and instructional staff. </li><li>Shall perform duties assigned by supervisors. </li></ul>
