Maximizing patient scheduling opportunities with attention to operational flow and the needs of the patient. </li><li>Screen all new and established patients for eligibility for all School Based Health Services. </li><li>Patient Appointment Preparation: Prepare patient records for appointment readiness. Gather required paperwork and update demographics, insurance, enrollment for accurate records completion in the Electronic Records system. </li><li>Responsible for filling schedules, scrubbing, and reminder calls for Summit High, Summit Middle, Dillon Valley Elementary, & Silverthorne Elementary School. </li><li>Collect payment and complete end of day reconciliation. </li><li>Participate in school and community events including, but not limited to, back to school nights, school registrations, and SBHC immunization clinics. </li><li>Lead and participate in team huddles. </li><li>Provide administrative support for integrated care. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by SBHC manager. </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>All jobs at the Care Clinic are impacted by various grants which are necessary for our sustainability.
