This role is pivotal in driving the continuous improvement of IBP strategy, capabilities, and performance across the J&J MedTech business units and regions representing $30B in sales. This role will lead efforts to enhance cross-functional ownership of IBP thus enabling use as the baseline for financial planning.</p> <p>You will be responsible for:</p> <p>IBP Process Ownership:</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring the design, deployment and execution of best-in-class IBP processes to deliver business goals of revenue growth, gross profit, cash flow, and service </li><li>Drive continuous improvement of IBP processes, people, and capabilities across MedTech </li><li>Lead and manage change management process for IBP processes and capabilities, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of transformation. </li><li>Ownership for IBP blueprint documents (e.g. SIPOC, RACI, Process Decomposition etc.). Acts as gatekeeper for changes to blueprint materials with clear traceability, justification and accountability for any changes made to documents. </li></ul> <p>MedTech IBP Governance:</p> <ul> <li>Lead MedTech Integrated Reconciliation and organize the MedTech Management Business Review (MBR) forums with executive leadership </li><li>Drive initiatives with MedTech business units and regions to deliver key business metrics including revenue growth, gross profit, cash, service, and IBP performance. </li><li>Translate data into insights, actions, and recommendations highlighting areas of focus and escalation for business to deliver business targets </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional business unit, region, and IBM teams to consolidate latest metrics, projections, insights, and actions plans. </li></ul> <p>IBP Strategic Capabilities & Roadmap:</p> <ul> <li>Support the development and refresh of the IBP roadmap, ensuring that it supports the strategic direction and business goals of revenue growth, gross profit, cash flow, and service </li><li>Work closely with functions and business units to ensure IBP and related Integrated Financial management (IFM) capabilities are properly supported by the right technologies, processes, people, and systems. </li><li>Identify IBP automation opportunities ensuring streamlined execution across all forums. Collaborate with digital teams to implement tools and technologies that enhance IBP capabilities and reporting in conjunction with SigniFi. </li><li>Shape Signifi IBP (MVP3) to deliver on key project and business objectives. Drive harmonized supply chain business requirements, trade-offs, escalations, and prioritization to deliver project objectives </li><li>Drive prioritization of Signifi IBP enhancements and influence other Signifi workstreams (PVM, Supply Chain) as appropriate </li><li>Facilitate training and communication across teams to ensure the adoption of new practices, tools, and processes. </li><li>Keeps up to date on trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's IBP strategy. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications / Requirements:</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 10 years of related experience </li><li>At least 5 years in a leadership role </li><li>Extensive experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and/or Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) especially in large scale businesses. </li><li>Proven experience in influencing, presenting and articulating to Executive Leadership and function leadership </li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence across all levels of the organization. </li><li>Cross-functional change management experience, especially with finance and commercial, across multiple levels </li><li>Experience developing and deploying digital tools, in collaboration with digital teams, to enhance and streamline business processes </li><li>Ability to interpret data to inform decision-making with advanced financial understanding </li><li>Strong project management capabilities </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>APICS / CSCP / LEAN / Six Sigma certifications are preferred </li><li>Experience in healthcare / regulatory dependent sector is preferred </li><li>PMP, FPX, or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Other</p> <ul> <li>Travel Requirements: This position may require up to 20% travel domestically and internationally. </li></ul> <p>The expected base pay range for this position is $221,000 to $299,000.</p> <p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
