<p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated room </li><li>Load and unload luggage onto carts and transport them to and from guest rooms </li><li>Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures </li><li>Provide guests with information about the hotel services and amenities </li><li>Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner </li><li>Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval </li><li>Assist guests with transportation needs and provide directions to local attractions </li><li>Ensure the lobby and other public areas are clean and organized </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects. </li><li>Outstanding customer service skills. </li><li>Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities.
