<p>OPENING DATE:  3/3/2026       </p> <p>CLOSING DATE:  3/17/2026</p> <p>POSITION:            LAK Patient Navigation Program Specialist (Unclassified)  </p> <p>LOCATION:           Lallie Kemp Medical Center, Independence, Louisiana </p> <p>DEPARTMENT:     Patient Navigation</p> <p>Description:  This position is responsible for supervising the Patient Navigation Department by helping guide patients through all various complexities of the healthcare system.
