Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Manage all aspects of corporate insurance programs, including property, casualty, cyber, Directors & Officers Liability, and other specialized policies. </li><li>Oversee the annual renewal process, working with brokers and internal stakeholders to assess coverage needs, negotiate terms, and manage premium costs. </li><li>Manage claims handling across all lines of coverage, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with business and financial objectives. </li><li>Supervise and mentor two direct reports, providing guidance and professional development. </li><li>Partner with the Operations and Legal teams to identify, quantify, and mitigate emerging risks. </li><li>Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators as well as internal stakeholders. </li><li>Support risk assessment and insurance integration for new business initiatives and M&A transactions. </li><li>Oversee and enhance risk management systems and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. </li><li>Prepare and present risk and insurance reports to senior leadership, including coverage summaries, claims trends, and risk exposure analyses. </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (ARM, CPCU) preferred. </li><li>8-10+ years of experience in risk management and corporate insurance, preferably in a global or complex organization. </li><li>Proven track record managing insurance renewals, claims administration, and broker relationships. </li><li>Strong understanding of various insurance lines, including property, casualty, Cyber and D&O. </li><li>Experience leading a small team with a collaborative, hands-on approach. </li><li>Excellent analytical, negotiation, and project management skills. </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across levels of the organization and with external partners. </li><li>Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>What you'll earn</p> <ul> <li>401(k) with employer match </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>PTO, company holidays, and parental leave </li><li>Paid training and certifications </li><li>Legal assistance and identity protection </li><li>Pet insurance </li><li>Employee assistance program (EAP) </li></ul> <p>QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
