<p>#LI-AL1 #LI-Onsite</p> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties</p> <ul> <li>Prepare various documents which may include invoices, reports, memos, letters, responses to correspondence, surveys, spreadsheets and presentations </li><li>Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, mail and reports to determine significance; plan distribution </li><li>Perform project work </li><li>File and retrieve documents, records, and reports </li><li>Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work </li><li>Prepare agendas and make arrangements for business meetings </li><li>Additional responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>You are currently enrolled in a bachelors program studying a form of business or Accounting </li><li>You enjoy working in a team environment </li><li>You have basic Microsoft Office skills </li><li>You have time management skills and the ability to multi-task </li><li>Must have knowledge of administrative procedures </li><li>Proficient use of applicable technology </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally </li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision while fulfilling all obligations </li><li>Strong customer service skills </li><li>Active participation in student organizations or work experience in accounting or a related field is a plus, but not required </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Working towards a Bachelor's degree </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and project management skills </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally </li><li>Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment </li><li>Strong verbal and written communications skills </li><li>Strong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet and audit software </li></ul>
