To be effective in this high visibility role the analyst must be well-organized, detail-oriented, possess superior analytical and communications skills, and have a strong work ethic. Top performers will be rewarded with significant exposure to key leaders across multiple departments and opportunities for formal and informal mentorship.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain reporting tools required to assess liquidity position including dashboards, cash flow, and KRI monitoring </li><li>Support initiatives to comply with large financial institution regulatory requirements and reporting such as LCR, NSFR, 2052a, etc. </li><li>Support liquidity risk stress testing through monthly execution, development of scenarios, data analysis, and testing </li><li>Analyze internal and external data to support all liquidity risk management functions including peer benchmarking analysis </li><li>Perform economic, industry, and regulatory research </li><li>Review proposed regulations and provide impact analysis </li><li>Partner with risk management, internal audit, and model validation to ensure processes and procedures are appropriate, executed, and follow Company and regulatory guidelines </li><li>Assist other teams in the Corporate Treasury department on asset/liability management, loan and deposit pricing, capital planning activities, and other ad-hoc assignments as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications Include:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree; advanced degree and/or certification such as CFA or CPA preferred </li><li>Experience in the banking industry (Finance, Risk, Audit, Business Intelligence, or Product team) highly preferred </li><li>Demonstrated ability to summarize analysis and research clearly and concisely in verbal and written form </li><li>Ability to generate high quality work product with strong attention to detail </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Visio, VBA) </li><li>Experience with database reporting and programming tools such as SQL, R, Python, etc. </li><li>Team orientation and excellent interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to identify process gaps and weaknesses </li><li>Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities noted above </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>First Horizon Corporation is a leading regional financial services company, dedicated to helping our clients, communities and associates unlock their full potential with capital and counsel.
