The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and editing a wide range of marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with our brand voice.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Proofread and edit marketing materials, including but not limited to emails, web content, blog posts, social media, print collateral, product descriptions, and presentations. </li><li>Ensure consistency in grammar, punctuation, style, tone, and brand guidelines. </li><li>Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and marketers on high-quality output. </li><li>Fact-check content and verify brand-related information, claims, and product details. </li><li>Provide constructive feedback to improve the writing process and enhance content. </li><li>Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. </li><li>2+ years of experience in proofreading, editing, or content management </li><li>Experience in marketing or advertising industry preferred. </li><li>Microsoft Office and proofreading/editing tools (e.g., Grammarly, Adobe Acrobat, etc.). </li><li>Knowledge of graphic design software (format and publishing) </li><li>Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional form creation features </li><li>Microsoft Word expertise (tables, manipulation, cross-reference, templates, styles). </li><li>Microsoft Excel proficiency (inspection data, form creation, and editing) </li><li>Exceptional command of the English language and grammar. </li></ul>
