Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences. </li><li>Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family. </li></ul> <p>You will coordinate management, maintenance, and enhancements to the system of record listing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data collected and retained on diligence matters.</p> <p>You will enable the effectiveness and efficiency of our firm's diligence processes, mandatory enhanced risk assessment framework for high-risk projects in a globally consistent way, while also executing efforts to ensure compliance with relevant firm policies, procedures, and practices.</p> <p>You will be required to engage in regionally focused initiatives, such as infusing our integrity agenda, under the direction and coordination of our regional Ethics and Compliance (E&C) leaders, the purpose of which is to raise awareness of and further our firm's E&C program, and other agreed-upon supporting activities in your region or location.</p> <p>Collaboration is a key aspect of this role. You will facilitate collaboration with a cross-functional and senior stakeholder group (e.g., Diligence, Legal, Risk) across our firm in a timely and efficient manner. You will facilitate collaboration with key project teams to coordinate continuous screening of various third parties. You will also collaborate with colleagues from other functions such as Client Service Risk on matters requiring higher level risk reviews, and convey outputs to our firm Partners and other senior colleagues.</p> <p>Additionally, you will manage a high-impact team to deliver against priorities, supporting their growth and development needs through processes such as review, recruitment, and coaching.</p> <p>Finally, you will play a critical role in sustaining and evolving our E&C program and upholding our commitment to integrity and lawful practices.</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree(s) and/or applicable professional certifications (e.g., Juris Doctor or CPA) preferred </li><li>7+ years of professional experience in litigation or regulatory reporting preferred </li><li>7+ years of professional experience in high-volume diligence research and reporting preferred </li><li>Global understanding of legal frameworks and legal public record research across multiple jurisdictions </li><li>Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution </li><li>Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and craft cohesive storylines and communications </li><li>Influences and engages with all types of audiences to cultivate trust-based, peer-counselor relationships </li><li>Builds trust-based relationships with leaders within and outside of the team; collaborates generously with others and is sought after as a key thought partner </li><li>Drives outcomes on cross-functional and complex topics and possesses exceptional organizational and project management skills </li><li>Exhibits highest levels of discretion and judgment in safeguarding confidential materials </li><li>Fosters a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive environment for all colleagues </li><li>Displays passion for people development and experience leading global, multi-disciplinary teams </li></ul>
