<p>Overview</p> <p>Job Title: Steward Dishwasher</p> <p>Salary/Shift: $20+ Days</p> <p>Status: Full Time and Part Time</p> <p>Shift: Days</p> <p>Located in beautiful Black Hawk, CO, the Monarch Resort Spa seeks a Steward Dishwasher to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Dishwashing and Equipment Operation: Operate industrial dishwashers, glass washers, and a 3-compartment sink; wash dishes and items by hand when necessary. </li><li>Sanitation and Cleaning: Follow sanitation policies, clean trash receptacles, stock hand washing supplies, and frequently sanitize table tops and galley equipment. </li><li>Galley Maintenance: Broom and mop the galley area as needed; perform occasional deep cleaning of restaurant areas. </li><li>Equipment Cleaning: Clean deep fat fryers, grills, and flat tops as needed to ensure proper operation. </li><li>Team Support: Assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff as needed, and follow supervisors' instructions. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Age and Physical Stamina: Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for the entire shift. </li><li>Physical Abilities: Capable of bending, stooping, using hands continuously, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 45 lbs occasionally. </li><li>Environmental Conditions: Ability to work in hot and/or humid environments. </li><li>Shift Flexibility: Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be flexible with shift timings. </li><li>Background Checks: Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Enhanced health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a flexible spending account. </li><li>Education, tuition, and certification reimbursement (up to $6,000 per calendar year). </li><li>Growth opportunities available across four different restaurants. </li><li>Access the team dining hall with one free hot meal per shift. </li><li>Company-matched 401k. </li><li>Paid time off and six observed holidays. </li></ul> <p>Save your gas and mileage on your car!
