<p>CRM Salesforce Engineer Associate</p> <p>As a member of the CRM Engineering team, you will be a member of a engineering team focused on the Salesforce platform. This is an opportunity to be part of a team responsible for building a successful, sustainable and strategic CRM platform for 1000+ users in the Ayco business.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with a global cross functional team in building customer-centric products </li><li>Analyze existing software to identify areas of improvement and provide estimates for implementing new features </li><li>Follow standard software development guidelines and best practices </li><li>Create and maintain test plans, documentation and automated tests for all technical changes </li><li>Grow your technical skillset by seeking out cross-training and knowledge advancement opportunities </li><li>Participate in user story refinement, technical design, code reviews and the team's Agile process </li><li>Participate in continuous improvement efforts </li></ul> <p>You are:</p> <ul> <li>Energetic, self-directed and self-motivated, able to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and colleagues </li><li>Open minded when approaching problem solving within the context of a team </li><li>Analytical, with an ability to apply knowledge and experience in decision-making to arrive at well engineered solutions </li><li>Motivated to learn and contribute technical and product solutions and ideas to a broad team </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience </li><li>3-5 years of experience, 2+ years of expertise with Salesforce </li><li>Demonstrated success on previous Salesforce project as a developer </li><li>Experience with the Salesforce software ecosystem, including Apex, Lightning and data models </li><li>Experience with writing Apex code, triggers, classes, Lightning components and </li></ul> <p>workflows/approval rules using custom code</p> <ul> <li>Clear understanding of Salesforce access and data sharing models </li><li>Understanding of Salesforce.com </li></ul> <p>capabilities and limitations</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs and REST </li><li>Exposure to ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, Mulsoft) </li><li>Experience with relational databases (e.g. SOQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS) </li></ul> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $95000-$145000.
