They are a full-service construction management firm that offers superior turnkey construction solutions for its clients across the nation. They have experienced tremendous success within the life science industry and growth since their inception.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Will be attending meetings with client & contractor </li><li>Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force </li><li>Review and be familiar with the project budget and general conditions estimate </li><li>Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project Manager </li><li>Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager and Clients and Contractors </li><li>Conduct quality & safety inspections </li><li>Coordinate site testing and inspection effort </li><li>Manage schedules, including preparation of look ahead schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates </li><li>Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports </li><li>Participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings and conduct foreman's meetings </li><li>Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor </li></ul> <p>Project Types:</p> <ul> <li>Life Science </li><li>Manufacturing </li><li>Healthcare </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Permanent position based out of Bridgewater, NJ.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $165000.00/yr.</p> <p>Eligible for Bonus / Commission Health Insurance, dental insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance. 401k Plan (3% contribution) 20 days PTO 6 Paid Holidays Cell phone reimbursement (up to $85 per month)</p> <p>Workplace Type</p> <p>This is a fully onsite position in Bridgewater,NJ.</p> <p>Application Deadline</p> <p>This position is anticipated to close on Apr 14, 2026.</p> <p>Diversity, Equity & Inclusion</p> <p>At Actalent, diversity and inclusion are a bridge towards the equity and success of our people.
