<p>Job Description</p> <p>Food Express, Inc. is a family owned and operated trucking company looking for a full-time responsible Administrative Assistant to assist the operations team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.</p> <p>Duties of the Administrative Assistant may include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Answer incoming calls </li><li>Sort daily paperwork </li><li>Manage all billing aspects to include - Processing, scanning, imaging and ensure billing is completed daily </li><li>Data entry </li><li>Payroll </li><li>Railcar Inventory Management </li><li>Other tasks as assigned by management </li><li>Team-orientated and self-motivating </li></ul> <p>The ideal candidate should have the following skills:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work </li><li>Team-orientated and self motivating </li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task </li><li>Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular) </li><li>High School Degree: additional qualifications as an administrative assistant will be a plus </li><li>Spanish speaking a plus </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen </li><li>Possess a valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-Time</p> <p>Pay: $23.00</p>
