Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>You will be responsible for architecting scalable, integrated solutions that align with business objectives and drive transformation across client organizations. We are looking for a seasoned SAP Functional Solution Architect - OTC with 13-15 years of experience to lead the design and delivery of complex SAP Order to Cash solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in OTC processes within SAP S/4HANA, combined with strong consulting, client engagement, and leadership capabilities.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>13-15 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash (OTC) domain with strong focus on B2B, dealer-centric, and Direct Ship scenarios.</p> </li><li> <p>Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on multiple end-to-end SAP implementations</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience designing Commercial processes for component sales, including pricing, billing, returns, and credit/debit handling.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of Direct Ship and Service Center (3PL) fulfillment models and their impact on OTC execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of Finance integrations (Billing, AR, Credit Management, revenue postings) supporting Commercial accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of Supply Chain touchpoints (allocation, backorders, fulfillment orchestration) impacting customer commitments.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops, design reviews, and gap/fit analysis for Commercial scope.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to make trade-off decisions across Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of integration points across SAP modules and third-party systems</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in global template design and rollouts</p> </li><li> <p>Deep knowledge of business process re-engineering and transformation programs</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel as/when required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Estimated annual compensation:- $154375 - $193125</p> <p>Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Infosys employee you are also eligible for the following benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Long-term/Short-term Disability</p> </li><li> <p>Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness , Hospital Indemnity, Legal)</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) plan and contributions dependent on salary level</p> </li><li> <p>Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off</p> </li></ul> <p>Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
